Indoor Summer League

Congratulations to all the teams for a great 14 week season and if we had a venue to host a Winter competition we would, here's the Grand Final week draw:

Gold = $600

Silver = $300

Bronze = $100

Rules

• All divisions are played on a Recreational height net and a referee is supplied for all games, so no duties
• All games are three compulsory sets - sets 1 and 2 to 25 points and the 3rd set to 15 with no time limits
• Every set won earns one competition point, therefore a 3 – 0 win gives a team 3 competition points
• The ball can be played off the roof (not walls) if it stays on your side of the court
• Due to the close proximity of the back walls, serving foot faults will be allowed within reason (referee's decision is final)
• All refereeing will occur from ground level and this is difficult to determine balls in or out, can teams please use the honesty system when necessary
  • Some of the referees are inexperienced and nervous, please be understanding if they miss some net touches or under the net penetrations
  • They are learning and your mentoring will help them improve throughout the season, if you have any issues please talk to the court supervisor after the match
